for some reason my face has been feeling warmer then usual for the last month now... could this be high blood pressure?

does it get red too?
is it a generalized throughout your face? or more in some areas (ears perhaps)
is another part of your body colder now that your face is getting warmer?

Your face is going to explode. Wrap up your head with industrial grade plastic wrap and make sure you contain the explosion (e.g., don't make any breathing holes) so we don't have to clean up the mess afterward.
