Nice way of becoming a billionaire

..just gotta find a way to get SEC off your back : )

An essentially worthless Vancouver-based bulletin board company with a controversial Burmese businessman working behind the scenes has been halted by U.S. regulators after its stock market value rocketed to more than $1 billion US.

Curiously, it makes no mention of her principal vocation. For the past 12 years, she has been registered in B.C. as a mutual fund salesperson. Since 2005, she has worked at the Vancouver branch of Portfolio Strategies Corp., a Calgary-based investment advisory firm.

At the time the prospectus was filed, Future Canada had no operating history. Its proposed business -- to help Chinese companies reduce greenhouse gas emissions -- was remarkable for its lack of specifics.

The company had only $50 cash in its treasury, which it had raised by selling five million shares at 0.00001 cents each to Chiang's sister.
