2 min into our semi final game, player from other team skates in and takes a shot just inside the blue line before top of faceoff circle. Our goalie gets a piece of the puck and directs it into the corner. Ref from center ice called it a goal, said the puck went inside post, rung around the base of the net and out. Other team was just as confused as we were. Absolutely no sound was made other than the puck hitting the boards. 2 min left in the 3rd, we were down by 1 goal. They ended up scoring PP and EN. Different game if that goal didn't count....

Happened to us before. Ice604 Playoff game, play was a quick transition from offence to defence. Opposing player shot the puck as he skated into zone from just inside the blueline. Puck hits the post and comes out in a perfect V.
First ref was barely at the center ice line and called it a goal. He said it went into the net and straight out.

Another game, also Ice604, the goalie smoothers the puck and whistle is blown. The ref from the blueline calls it a goal and even the team getting the goal was like saying it never went in.

I was playing against you during that game. I thought when the whistle went that you guys got a penalty and we were going on the power play. Never would of thought it was a goal as you saw our reaction that nobody knew what was going on. We ended up winning that div....Thanks!

It was a really good game tho.

Oh hey! Congrats man! I played PT on that team back in coast days, so nice to see you guys win. At least we lost to the eventual champs! Lol. Yeah, it was a really good game, we even said it in our room afterwards but despite that reffing gaff, it was a close game.

Good job to you guys!

There's an ice time advertised on Hockey Community at 9:45pm @ Poirier in Coquitlam. Not sure if that's too far for you.

Hockey Community | Greatest Social Network for Hockey Players.

Basically it's like a classifieds website that brings together people who have ice times looking for more people and vice versa. It's free to join and I've been to a couple of these ice times when I had the itch to play. I like how you can prepay with a credit card online so you don't have to worry about bringing cash to the rink.

Henry's shoe/leather repair on Main st by 49th.

Cyclone sends all re-palms to him.

The hockey shop should do it........I don't see why they wouldn't...call and ask for Cecil. See what he says.

So if anyone wants me to clean their gear, lemme know ASAP. The charge is a pack (or 2) of smokes. LOL

I'll need about 24-48 hour turnaround time. if the weather is nice on the day of the clean, it WILL cut the time significantly.

PM me for details, etc.
