Looks like this guy walked on all charges...

we live in Canada. our court system is devoid of handing out stiff penal sentences. you seem somewhat surprised.

Seems to me that I'd rather get caught with a loaded gun, than doing 50 kph over...

Cops were probably enjoying their coffee/doughnuts thinking that there will be no more shootings after a quiet 4 days or so hahaha.. but ya...10 shots fired and the guy is still alive???or not dead on the spot..incredible accuracy

KASH HEED (what a name) West Van Police Chief has "resigned" today less than 2yrs on the job

Mayors office will only say he resigned

they must have caught him doing something really bad like paying prostitutes with seized drugs like the former vancouver chief did (or so the rumor goes)

or maybe he couldn't take the stress of the job straining him with all these shootings. Must be a depressing job

man, we should all chip in to fund shooting practice for the gangs. If they can kill whoever they need to kill in 1 shot, the chance of an innocent bystander getting hurt is zero.

hahaa, QFT. Assuming they aren't using guns with excessive power that will penetrate through the target's body.
