It happened over the noon hour at a restaurant in the area. There’s no word yet on any injuries.

There is a vast difference between Vancouver and Surrey
Vancouver West / Downtown has shooting victims from disgruntled ex-employees.
East Vancouver has shooting victims from rival gang members.
Surrey has shooting victims from both types mentioned above.
One positive note is Surrey has a higher success rate at completing their jobs.
