Another dead gangster. I mean a "loving son who never meant to hurt anyone" Move along folks, nothing to see here. Target eliminated. Mission accomplished. :toot:

As for you young bloods, another hustler has fallin' off the tracks, nah mean? Ya'll best step up and keep that cocaine and "her-ron" flowing, nah mean? Its just another opportunity for a young buck like yourself to step up his game. For real son. :hat:

sounds like they know the car and have a good visual of the suspects down to their hairstyles so hopefully it won't be long before they're arrested

Aladdin, aka Ronnie was really young too, only 20. Vancouver is a changing city man, it's very hot here now, and pistols are a dime a dozen, these young guys just don't understand that.

Hondaracer 09-26-2014 04:35 PM

Well, at least he got to ride around in a G37 and act cool for a couple years, was prob worth it.

Dispute in Maple Ridge leaves one man dead, the second in critical condition | Vancouver Sun

Mr.C 10-01-2014 09:56 AM

Looking on the bright side, at least the street gangsters here don't carry around heavy weaponry like back in Brazil. Less chance of people that are not, uh, in the business getting hurt.

StylinRed 10-01-2014 11:05 AM

traffic was bad by there, noticed they had both sides of laity blocked off and so the intersection with lougheed was horrible in the morning...was wondering what had happened, such a huge police/fire/ambulance response with so many people on the streets watching
I noticed the air ambulance fly by and knew it had to be bad as this happened right by the maple ridge hospital but they skipped it apparently

Guilty verdict in the murders of the Surrey Six:
Quote:

VANCOUVER (NEWS1130) – A BC Supreme Court judge has found Matthew Johnston and Cody Haevischer each guilty of six counts of first-degree murder in the deaths of six men inside a Surrey highrise.

They have also been found guilty of conspiracy to commit murder.

Justice Catherine Wedge’s judgement was 200-pages long.

Click here to read her reasons for her decision.

Wedge says Haevischer and Johnston were part of a planned and deliberate act to kill.

There was a round of applause in the courtroom as the verdicts of the murder charges were announced.

On Oct. 19, 2007, Haevischer, Johnston and a man who can only be identified as Person X carried out the execution-style killings of Corey Lal, his brother Michael, Eddie Narong and Ryan Bartolomeo.

They also killed 55-year-old Ed Schellenberg and 22-year-old Chris Mohan, who were innocent bystanders caught up in the gangland hit.

Their co-accused, Michael Le, pleaded guilty to conspiracy after the trial began and was sentenced to 12 years. Gang leader Jamie Bacon faces trial next May for conspiracy and first-degree murder in connection to the mass killing.

michael le got a sweet deal out of his plea deal, only has to do 3 years in custody and he can apply for day parole soon while the other 2 will probably be in jail for the rest of their lives
