Hopefully the cops beat the living fuck out of them and the dog ends up in a loving home. Ahhhhhh thoughts of a perfect world swirling through my head.

Looks like they found the car.

NEW WESTMINSTER (NEWS1130) – They have recovered the getaway car, but police across Metro Vancouver are still searching for the man who pulled a gun and tried to shoot an officer in New Westminster yesterday morning.

The vehicle was dumped somewhere along Southwest Marine Drive in Vancouver, but investigators say the home where it was found is not connected to the case.

The 2015 white 4-door Buick Lacrosse displaying Alberta License Plate J33225 was found in a driveway last night.

Sergeant Chad Johnson with New Westminster Police says it all started with an officer approaching a car in which a man and woman were sleeping on Royal Avenue near First Street.

“The one member approached the vehicle and made verbal contact with the male driver of the vehicle who produced a firearm and pointed it at the police officer and pulled trigger. The firearm did not discharge thankfully. ”

The two led police on a wild chase through New Westminster, Burnaby and Vancouver, hitting several cars on the way.

“The driver is a Caucasian male, had dark hair, had full-sleeve tattoos on both arms down to the wrists. There was a notable tattoo on the left side of the neck. He had soul-patch kind of facial hair just under his lower lip,” describes Johnson.

A female passenger is described to have reddish/orange hair and acne or pock marks on her face. She was wearing a tank top and tights with a flower pattern.

A small pit bull is also believed to have been in the car.

Police are asking anyone with information about this case to call 911 right away, noting the suspects are considered armed and dangerous.

Not sure if you guys know this, but that plate is a fleet vehicle plate which likely means it is a rental. Sooner or later these guys would be found since you need quite some personal info to rent a car

SpeedStars 05-19-2015 11:47 AM

6 shots, and just an arm injury? Time to get some practice, shooter!

Quote:

COQUITLAM (NEWS1130) – A shooting has taken place it Coquitlam.

Police were called to Coquitlam Centre a little after 3 p.m.

The victim suffered non-life threatening injuries.

The shooting happened metres away from a Heart & Stroke Foundation fundraiser.

Shelley Lycan, the foundation’s special events coordinator, says she heard the shooting before seeing anything. “Probably six pop, pop, pop, pop, pop, pop noises. I was standing talking to my boss at the time and I said ‘That’s gun shots. Somebody has been shot. We were right here and I looked over to the far side to see I could see any cars scrambling away. No cars were scrambling away but a big, black SUV was driving down the road and I kept my eye on the big SUV, stepped off the road. They stopped right there. The girlfriend jumped out of the truck and was obviously panicking, freaking out. She said ‘Does anyone have a Band-Aid?”

Lycan says it appears the victim was shot in the arm. “I don’t know how he didn’t get shot worse than that. The bullet holes that are on the driver’s side of the vehicle, they were actually quite low. Maybe the guy doesn’t have very good aim, I don’t know. It was shot up pretty good.”

She says a group of people helped the man out of the SUV and sat him down on the curb. “We started asking him questions. Did you see who it was? Do you know what the colour of the car was? The licence plate number? Did you see anything? He said it was a grey car. I said ‘Do you know what the make of it is?’ He told me it was a BMW.”

The suspect is on the loose. Mounties haven’t given any descriptions.

Haha same reaction from me. Your bf has a gunshot wound and instead of calling 911 you ask for a band aid? Doesn't sound like a bright girl to me (as evidenced by her going out with a gang banger)!

6o4__boi 05-22-2015 04:21 PM

Lmfao at the band aid

pengu 05-22-2015 05:49 PM

I was inside the bay when it happened, nobody really gave a shit except for the police. Poor cars.

StylinRed 05-22-2015 05:53 PM

maybe she thought her bf was being a bitch so she rubbed it in by asking for a bandaid for him? :lol

I was going to stop by there on the way back home today too, but nothing happens on the T&T side anyhow, except for break-ins

VANCOUVER (NEWS1130) – The two people accused of trying to shoot at an officer and then leading police on a chase across the Lower Mainland on Victoria Day have been arrested in Alberta.

The pair was found sleeping in a car on Royal Avenue, and the officer involved says the man pointed a gun at him and pulled the trigger, but the gun didn’t fire.

They took off and police chased them, but lost them in Vancouver.

The couple was picked up in Camrose sometime yesterday.

Another shooting late Saturday in Surrey | Vancouver Sun

Quote:

Surrey RCMP is confirming evidence of another shooting late Saturday in the 3000-block of Croydon Drive.
S.Sgt. Murray Hedderson said in a news release that the Mounties began getting 911 calls at about 11 p.m., reporting that a group of males were in front of a residence there.
The callers said the men were trying to “gain entry” into the house.
“One witness reported hearing what they believed was a gun shot,” Hedderson said.
Surrey RCMP general duty members along with a dog team and the Emergency Response Team arrived at the scene.
“The area was checked along with the residence. All of the persons in the residence were safe, and there was nothing to indicate that the suspects had gained entry into the residence. A check of the property located evidence supporting that a shot had been fired,” Hedderson said.
The only description of the suspects was as “young males, wearing dark clothing.”
If anyone in the area saw anything, they’re asked to call Surrey RCMP at 604-599-0502.

Shooting in Richmond @ Sikh temple

Quote:

RICHMOND (NEWS 1130) – A man has been killed in a targeted shooting at a Sikh Temple in Richmond and the Integrated Homicide Investigation Team has been called in.

The victim has been identified by IHIT as 42-year-old Edwin Shek-Yin Cheng of Richmond, who is known to police.

Investigators are talking to witnesses who may have seen what happened in the parking lot of the temple.

A worshiper says there were many people at the time when it happened around nine-forty-five last night. “One guy was parked in the parking lot and another car came, a black SUV and they start shooting him and they left right away,” he explains. “There was too many bullets I saw in the arm, in the side, in his cheek. So I think almost 20, I saw those little shells around the car after that you know,” he adds.

Other members say the area is very safe with nothing like this ever happening here within the last 30 years and were shaken to arrive this morning to find most of the parking lot behind police tape.

The temple is open round the clock and the front gates to the side lots are always left open.

The guy who was murdered has a rap sheet of credit card fraud/identity theft, probably ripped the wrong person/s off
