When you have people just spraying bullets like this -everyone- is in Danger. This is one of the biggest examples of just a total disregard for the public we’ve seen in these shootings.

It's the kids fault that he ran in front of the bullet. If you were better parents you wouldn't have let you kids run into bullets. We should have rehab for gang bangers so they can shoot each other safely, and we can have proper first aid attendants on site to save their lives. Preferably right next to a hospital.
