It's the kids fault that he ran in front of the bullet. If you were better parents you wouldn't have let you kids run into bullets. ^ Echo that. Handguns are wildly inaccurate even at relatively close distances. BUT, that's still pretty much point blank, much less than 20ft, that was like 5-8ft and he STILL missed everything.
I'd argue these idiots ARE a danger to the public because they are basically storm troopers but without the plastic armor.

Its not only about money with these kids..Its about “upping their rep” to prove their loyalty to the higher ups in the origination that they choose to follow. Low self esteem also plays a big part. Cant get a gf, the “cool” kids dont like them, so they choose to become badasses thinking that their peers will fear and respect them.
