they always release victims names dude, and whats wrong with having a plate #? you can't do shit with a plate # besides make a claim, or rat on someone for speeding. i don't know why people think once a person has your plate #, they can find out your address, credit history, credit card #, who youre fucking, how much income you make, etc. average joe doesn't have access to that type of shit

There are people who will give you all sorts of information for a plate # and a few $$$. Same thing with cell phone numbers. Do you think every single person working at an insurance agency or cell phone shop is above giving out a little info for cash?

There's a reason why people block plate numbers when posting pics of their rides online. Any thief who liked your car could easily find out your address to jack your shit.

as for the plate things. your plates are exposed all the time. people blur their plates online because they are showing off their car and every mod and accessory they have. that is the reason why. i dont think anyone would blur their plates if it was a pic of their shithole car or a stock civic, unless for peace of mind that someone out there is going to attack their car or them.

and on rs it is almost pointless to blur out your plate.. everyone probbaly has seen every car that is on this site on the road.
