If these are "known" suspects with cases built up, they need to queue up and not take valuable ambulance and hospital resources away. Fuck these guys, seriously. If I ran the town, I'd have these criminals strung up in city hall, with a billboard that says "idiots of the week"

What's up with all these failed drive by shootings? After countless viewings of fast and the furious I thought that shit would be simple. Shoot 300 bullets then ride away on your motorbike. How do these gangsters fail so badly?

turns out there was another shooting in the early AM

Quote:
Police across the Lower Mainland were busy overnight with three targeted shootings – two that appear to have gang links and one domestic.

In Vancouver aboutg 2:45 a.m. a 20-year-old was shot near Commercial Drive and First Avenue as he was out walking for friends. The gunfire came from a vehicle and police say he was targeted. His injuries are believed to be non-life-threatening.

“The vehicle fled and the man was rushed to hospital,” Const. Lindsey Houghton said in a release. “While there is no clear motive at this stage in the investigation, investigators believe the man was targeted. There have been no arrests and is currently no suspect information available.”

Anyone with information is asked to call 604-717-2541 or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477.

And police were called to the Safeway parking lot in the 10300-block of King George Highway in Surrey about 9:40 p.m. Wednesday. An man was shot in in the abdomen. He is expected to survive. Above is a photo of the Surrey shooting scene.

The victim is known to police and witnesses say he ran into the Safeway to get help.

And in Mission, RCMP were called to another shooting in the 8000 block of Manson Street Wednesday night. Another man was shot and transported by air ambulance to hospital. The latest from Scan B.C. is that the suspect was located in the back yard of the house, dead from a gunshot wound to his head.

It appears this is a domestic-related shooting where an ex-boyfriend shot the current boyfriend, then killed himself.

If anyone knows anything or has photos in any of these shootings, could they email please: kbolan@vancouversun.com

Oh great, more reason for politicians to trace the problem to the real source, legitimate gun owners and recreational shooters..

Someone just got blasted in Richmond.

Meanwhile, it continues to rain and no one cares... about the rain, or the shots fired.

Quote:
A man has been shot several times in Richmond and may be dead, according to emergency services.

The shooting occured at Ferndale and Katsura, near Westminster Highway and Garden City Road, at around 2:30 p.m. Wednesday.

The attacker fled in a grey sedan.

A block from my best friend's place. The intersection where the church parking lot and tennis court are.

That's a densely populated area with tons of children around at all hours of the day. Terrible spot to shoot someone IMO. Lots of apartments and traffic around there too, could be many witnesses... if they step up.

Info on the departed;

"Justine (Justin) Po was charged with accessory to murder after gangster Raymond Chan, linked to the Lotus Gang, was beaten to death nine years ago.

The man who was charged with murdering Chan was shot execution style in 2005.

Po has also been found guilty of assault and uttering threats, but police won't say whether his death is gang related."
