shooting an old boss is one thing... running down the Seawall popping shots at the police is another level. I don't think even gangsters are stupid enough to do that

Suspect was running to the cop car shooting 5 rounds, officers fire , suspect and officer are both exchanging shots and 4 officers come from behind and unload on the suspect. I thought that they killed him but the he looked like he was moving on the stretcher.
