Richmond oval

What's the gym like there? I have this free pass and was thinking of checking it out and taking advantage of the fact the stuff there is still brand new.

Here's the free pass if anyone else wants it. Expires on the 25th.

so i can print that out and go to the oval for free?

from what i've heard, the gym is really nice and they got 2 nice bench press machines or something like that, but i haven't gone there myself yet.

its nice and clean but there are absolutely no mirrors. 1 flat bench. 1 incline bench, 1 smith, 2 adjustable benches (flat+incline, no decline), 1 squat bar. dumbell's go up to 110 i believe. quite a few machines too.

just went there to work out. its really nice inside, you work out on the third (top) floor and it looks over the whole oval. there are no mirrors, and they need more benches imo, but i would get the 60/60 membership.

Are you sure? Based on some Google searches, it seems like the Free Day Pass is legitimate and was emailed out via a mailing list.

yea, just print it out. They make u write down ur name, address, & bday just to makes sure u dun use it more than once.

The bball & badminton courts are in the middle of the skating oval, it's kinda neat. Too bad there were too many ppl when i went.

The coupon is legit. I have used it myself and it has worked. All the lady at the desk asked was for me to put my name and address on the back.

Neat, thanks for the those that confirmed the day pass is legit. Might go check out the ice this weekend and see how it is.

I hope these types of promos continue for the Oval. Definitely an incentive for Richmond residents to check out the venue.

There were email ones sent out that were a different size than the legit ones. I had a friend working we gave our id to them and the put it in the computer. I'm sure they don't care and will let you in regardless.

Worth checking out tho!!!

Is it really 15$ to drop in (bball) for adults? I think that's what they told me when I called in a long time ago.. Here's to hoping they lowered it? ;p

^ assuming they didnt change the monthly pass, dont you only need to go 4 times or so at 15 to make up for the price? if so that isnt much and easily done. plus if you are a member you dont have to pay ridiculous parking rates since its free parking for members.
