He'll go for 20+ again vs the Lakers on friday, Fisher and Goudelock don't stand a chance.
agreed, think of how much trouble CP3 alone causes the lakers the past season with his speed and ball movement...and that was with their studded lineup not this riff raff they've got going on.
and I still don't understand why Golden State let Lin go, I understand they're stacked at the guard positions but fck Lin alone was responsible for quite a bit of the home game ticket sales and in turn team revenue... he has a huge following in the Bay area since it's heavily populated by Asians, they all love coming out watching him play
I think they needed to clear up space so they could try to sign DeAndre Jordan. They still didn't get Jordan and the Rockets waived Lin after picking him up a week before.
Lin saved D'Antoni's ass. I thought he was gonna get fired with that record. It's a welcome sign.
It's a bit of a nice fit for since Lin's game goes so well with D'Antoni's coaching. Let's face it, a lot of teams weren't going to give Lin another chance and D'Antoni was probably a couple games away from getting fired.
Lin benefited from D'antoni being desperate about getting fired, Douglas Bibby and Shumpert sucking at playing pg and Melo/Amare not being there. Amare won't disrupt the chemistry the Knicks have going, he's a way better finisher than Jeffries and he's shown he can play a pick and roll game back in Phoenix with Nash. I'm more worried about Melo coming back he's a perimeter ball stopper.

i agree, when melo comes back the flow they have going is gonna change. melo is and always will be a ball hog
