Bob Knight's Son Says His Players Will Be Homeless Without Jobs Following Loss | ThePostGame

Pat Knight post game rant highlights:

:12 Worst group of seniors, bad attitude for three years.
1:23 We've had problems with these guys on the court, off the court, classroom, drugs, being late for stuff
1:44 I've come here to clean things up
1:55 It wouldn't surprise me if Lamar loses the rest of their games.
2:38 Rant on society not making kids accountable
2:57 These kids are stealing money being on scholarship
3:21 We have no leader, just a bunch of followers
3:45 Eight new players are coming in next year to change attitude.
4:07 We have a bunch of tin men, no heart.
4:25 Team has an infestation of guys who are hard to coach
5:01 Kids have to be accountable
5:51 If you act this way in the real world, these players will be homeless, without a job.
6:18 Lamar should make the conference tournament every year.
7:15 Three weeks to turn season around, can take them to the lake, can't make them drink.
8:10 People treat winners different, they have to learn.

Lakers are interested in making a move for Raymond Felton and Michael Beasley. This is in the 'speculation' phase, but there are a few reasons why it's intriguing: both players seem like poor fits in their current situations, they both have expiring contracts, and the Lakers have a hefty traded player exception from when they dealt Lamar Odom. They may not land Felton, but L.A. is almost certain to upgrade at PG before the trade deadline.

Sweet dunk by John Wall near the end of the Rising Stars Challenge game last night.

+1 for Kenny Smith's comment on Wall. "Super athletic young guy, ugh".

The dunk contest has been slacking these past couple of years

they need to bring on the Team Amateurs Vs Team NBA next year. 3 Dunkers each team, that would make it more exciting

jonwon 02-25-2012 08:59 PM

paul george got robbed

411ken 02-25-2012 09:48 PM

The only 2 good dunks was Evan's 2 basketball and George's glow in the dark dunk.

Not really racist! 02-25-2012 09:49 PM

dunk contest hasnt ever been the same since vince..

dwight had a good run for a while

bballguy 02-25-2012 10:45 PM

Need to bring the superstars back; Those guys are used to the big stage so they aren't afraid to show their personalities which is 50% of the dunk comp right there...Not only are the dunks weak now, but it's just not fun watching a bunch of nobodies...And yeah, I know George is pretty good and Budinger is decent but it's just not the same as the stars who are 100% comfortable just being themselves.

wasabisashimi 02-25-2012 11:05 PM

most of the cool dunk styles have been done, Its just boring to repeat and most guys arent creative enough aside from using props (blind fold, famous people, cars, and 2 balls)

I dont know how they can bring the excitement back , unless you get a year with Francis, T-mac, and Vince, who are not just dunkers, they are also super talented star players.

and are also outspoken people who aren't afraid to show their true personalities...All these other faggots are all shy and stuck in their shells because they simply don't have the high status yet....like honestly, would you care to listen to a post-game interview from Paul George?...no...but shit, listening to a Steve Francis post-game interview is probably pretty entertaining since he does give a shit what anybody thinks.

dlo 02-25-2012 11:55 PM

demar derozan was killer lmfao, he said he will never do it again cause of those stupid props that wins the contest each year... derozan actually used skills and creativity.. sad to see him "retire" lol

dachinesedude 02-26-2012 02:52 AM

slam dunk contestants really need to learn from street ballers

i mean there are still tons of stuff to do

Euro7r 02-26-2012 04:53 PM

Not impressed at all with this year's All-Star Saturday competitions, especially the slam dunk contest.

Now I'm watching the half-time show of Chris Brown' ass and Pitbull singing crap that I can't even make out the words on what they are singing.

wasabisashimi 02-26-2012 05:38 PM

skills challenge is kinda dumb cuz some players aren't even trying, (speaking of Kyrie Irving). Fans vote for you to be there, paid to see you, and He just kinda took a slow ass stroll around the skills challenge course. Oh well, good thing I dont give a damn about him and the Cavs.

TRDood 02-26-2012 06:15 PM

Exciting close game. KD must be choked if the East wins and LBJ wins MVP.

The worst part about that is that they were competing for some hard-working, less fortunate kids' scholarships....and the better they did, the greater the scholarship the kid they were representing would get...so I found it pretty horrible that some of the guys were just going through the motions...

Anyway, LeBron made this All-Star game entertaining...would've been quite boring if it didn't get close at the end.

TRDood 02-26-2012 06:49 PM

Maybe I am overthinking it. Would you think one day Westbrook will get jealous of KD's success and have internal team issues? Obviosuly tonight he wants to make a name for himself.

dachinesedude 02-26-2012 07:02 PM

heard KD and Westbrook were always in a power struggle for OKC so i wouldnt be surprised
