The Heat win game 2! -brilliant performance by Rondo wasn't enough to help his team win. Career high of 44 points, 10 assists, 8 rebounds.
Things don't look good for the Celtics. They spent so much energy in this game. -gonna be difficult to get that energy back for game 3. Boston fans will need to act like the sixth man to help this team win a game.
well Rondo got what he deserved for talkin like an idiot... he played his butt of and they STILL lost...
what I mean is when he mentioned the other day about how they plan on putting Wade and LeBron "on the floor"
didn't like that at all, it's like ok we can't win by playing good hard proper basketball so we're just gonna resort to cheap bullshit like smashing other players, fck that, play your fckin game and don't talk stupid shit...
so stupid that even Rondo had to backtrack on his words a day later, and I've never seen him backtrack on anything before.
I didn't catch the second half of the game but they did a good job suffocating Wade's penetration first half... how did Wade and LeBron do in the second half, did they take over ??

i just got home and NBA.com only has the first half highlights up, fck you would think a multi billion dollar company could put together a highlight reel right after the game is done, they always lag a few hours after the game is over in showing full game highlights with commentary, really annoying

I read he said they have to make them 'hit the deck' but nothing dirty.
I took that as good hard playoff fouls and make it a physical series

i can't find the one where tim duncan is in an empty gym practising and he tried to go for a finger roll and it was too hard and bounces out. then you hear someone call "TIMMMMY!!!!" and he looks up and george gervin with little penny next to him sitting up in the nose bleed seats & says "only the ice man can finger roll...." and laughs...
yea playoff ball should be a given in the playoffs, Rondo messed up when he said they would "hit the deck", that's why he himself backtracked after.
Besides... Indiana tried getting all rough and physical and fighty with Miami in order to gain an edge but just ended up looking like idiots, especially Granger.
I dont feel bad for Rondo whatsoever, he's an arrogant jackass whos had his one chip and should move the fuck on.

I think we cant really judge the spurs/thunder, and boston/heat series just yet, until we see how the thunder and celtics play at home.. remember the point of the 2-2-1-1-1 format is to win at home first, and try to steal road wins.
As for the finals 2-3-2, im not really a fan of that. I think the heat got screwed last year because losing one of the first two games puts extreme pressure on your team when you gotta play the next 3 games away, and possibly facing elimination.
Thats why Miami decided this year to end off with a lower record then OKC or Spurs, cuz they know they would meet one of them in the finals.
