He's a good shooter with impressive range...It's not entirely surprising that he's hitting open 3's....Surprising that he's gone 3/4, but it's not like it's Shaq taking those shots....

I was gonna ask where the Bosh haters are at tonight but it looks like I've found some.....Big 2? lol, you guys are idiots....

see.lai 06-09-2012 07:20 PM

Fuck, I feel really bad for the Celtics right now. They had a really good core.
I wonder what the finals will be like against OKC.

Drow 06-09-2012 07:24 PM

Fuck the Celtics; Fuck KG, Pierce, and Rondo...Only people I feel for on that team are Allen and Doc.

It's been great as a Celtics fan.

I was happy to watch them get the ring in 2008. That was absolutely amazing.

It was amazing watching them push it to game 7 and come THIS FAR in to the NBA playoffs.

Remember before ALL-STAR weekend? Nobody would have expected Boston to come this far.

I love watching Rondo and the player he has grew to. He is one of the best in the league if not the best.

+1

KG and Rondo walks back into the locker room right before game ends.. lol...

Good on Pierce and Allen on staying and shaking hands. Allen is such a classy guy, I'm so glad he has a ring

I was a huge KG fan back when he was with Minny...HUGE...He always was a high-energy player, but since he came to Boston and finally got his ring, he just became a huge prick...

That said, I should say mad ups to Rondo's game, can't talk shit about that....

Porschedog 06-09-2012 08:37 PM

Oh man Bosh was huge this game.

You must think everybody who doesn't agree with you is dumb. Boston had one chance closing it at The Garden, they failed. I thought they would lose the series, and they did.

To the next series: it's 2-3-2, Miami won't win 2 in OKC. They have a better chance take all 3 at home and take game 6 in OKC with that momentum. Blitzkrieg!

wuuhoo 06-09-2012 09:16 PM

should be a fun final series

wondering if lebron will be guarding durant (or vice versa) for the whole 4th

pastarocket 06-09-2012 09:36 PM

The Big Three of Miami stepped up in the fourth quarter. Happy Birthday Haslem! UD celebrated his 32nd birthday today by going to the NBA finals.

This is the dream matchup in the Finals that I was hoping to see. LeBron vs. Durant, D-Wade vs. Westbrook. It's gonna be fun to watch these two teams play in the Finals!

:concentrate:

Where's the sportsmanship when Rondo and KG runs back to the locker room and not shake hands? C's got beat fair and square today.

Great game to watch until the Celtics ran out of gas and LBJ/Bosh showed up with the big three pointers.

Xplicit_EL 06-09-2012 10:57 PM

anyone know the breakdown in the regular season between OKC and Miami ....like how many games did they have together and how many games each team won?

Xplicit_EL 06-09-2012 10:59 PM

Rondo can suck a D , hate him as a player......reminds me of Tony Parker, hate these slashing guards that can't shoot shit

Would you prefer a guard that doesn't drive and only jacks up 3s? (Jameer Nelson)

Although opinions are highly subjective, I find it much more exciting watching guards that slash instead of staying out on the perimeter. We're talking about guys like Rondo, Parker, Westbrook, Rose who can make a living penetrating. Not only can they score in the paint, whether it be finishing or getting to the line, it opens so many opportunities for the other four players on the court.

I can't stand point guards that just camp out at the three point line and shoot threes. The game is evolving, point guards don't just shoot and pass anymore, they're throwing down alley oops with ease. The centers don't just rebound, defend and score around the basket, they're dropping threes and handling the ball up the court. It's amazing watching the new players enter the league and their vastly developed skill set.

Xplicit_EL 06-09-2012 11:22 PM

what im saying is that Rondo is one dimensional (does not have a shot). I hate jameer Nelson as well. What im saying is that I like a guard that can shoot, pass, penetrate as well like a Steve Nash or D Wade. Both these guys have a jumper they can rely on , unlike Rondo

Wouldn't Wade count as a SG instead of a PG? I think this season we see Westbrook and Rose having a better jump shooting game. Just that Rose is injured for half of the season.

I think they met twice with each team taking one on the road.

While Rondo isnt as rounded as Paul (as in scoring & shooting), he does everything else well or even better than other PGs. I honestly would take his PG attributes (slash & penetration, rebounding, stealing, finding open guys) over his shots and FTs anyday
