And yea the Lillard thing is neat, Portland would have been suffocating without him, I think they deserve it after losing Roy and Oden like they did, it's a great basketball city I was just there during the summer, the whole city oozes basketball.
I was just reading some quotes from Kenneth Manimal prior to last night's Nuggets and Portland game where he said he was pissed at Portland for telling him they would have picked him 21st if he was still available, but they ended up picking Nolan Smith and Manimal went 22nd...

so now Smith is on the end of the bench while Manimal is in beast mode every single night, what a front court that would be though eh, Manimal alongside Aldridge, he would take so much pressure of LA cleaning up around the hoop and guarding the opposing team's best front court player freeing up LA to focus on offense where as a bigman, he is scary as shit

Well Faried looks very limited in Denver right now, as Karl is fucking around with all their bigs' minutes...I don't know what he's doing but it's very inconsistent....

As for Portland, Hickson is doing a great job holding his own at the PF spot, and I'd say that he's been better than Faried thus far. Moreover, he's done a great job stepping up when Aldridge is out.

G-spec 12-21-2012 11:44 AM

^ yea I'm real happy for Hickson I like him a lot, and he really proved himself in Cleveland after LeBron left, so it really hurt watching him in Sacramento, I honestly thought he was gonna get lost in the shuffle.
But look at him re-emerging in Denver, good for him man, he just put his head down hard work and kept it pushin..
Yea Karl is indecisive, even in the years he had Melo whom he secretly hated, the last time I remember him being strictly habitual was watching the Sonics back in the 90's with Kemp, Payton and CO

ballguy click the Share link underneath the youtube video, then long link, then copy paste that.... sometimes you have to link it that way for it to work, I notice anytime there is a FEATURE word in the main url link that it won't embed

I just caught Gerald Green do a cross over from left midrange wing, and hop step into the lane off two feet for a 2 handed leaner right over two guys in traffic... monster of a dunk, will be # 1 in highlights tonight without a doubt

watching Knicks lose to Bulls.... wow Melo and JR combined for like 60 points, the rest of team like 15.... Smith just fouled out, and as I'm typing this Melo just threw in the towel, earned a second tech and is thrown out the game

here's Spike being Spike after a bad call by the ref, lol

http://cdn.cosbysweaters.com/wp-cont...2/12/spike.gif

pretty ballsy of the rook to go for a long distance takeoff windmill with the game still undecided, but damn.... DeRozan has got some competition, would love to see what they do at ends of Raptor practices those two

Mozo 12-21-2012 11:35 PM

Terrence Ross can dunk man, this kid better be in the dunk contest and represent Canada like VC did haha

bballguy 12-22-2012 01:23 AM

Sir_Loin 12-22-2012 01:45 PM

Boogie Cousins suspended indefinitely :okay:

Mike Oxbig 12-22-2012 01:50 PM

Terrance Ross is legit. Add a bit more bulk he will dominate, he has all the tools. Probably will be better the Demar too.

Hope they ship the pasta guy out soon

-good to see Nash back playing again. D'Antoni will count on Nash to help turn the Lakers' season around.

wuuhoo 12-22-2012 05:16 PM

Mavs waive Derek Fisher at veteran guard's request - Yahoo! Sports

fisher leaves the mavs.

I have no idea what he is doing. I hope he returns to LA and help with the coaching

Nlkko 12-22-2012 05:50 PM

He has no idea what's he doing.

Dude is done but still floundering around trying to play. Should have been in a coaching/front office role for 2 seasons now.

Nlkko 12-22-2012 08:39 PM

Torn ACL. Out for life.:troll:

We were just saying Portland catch a break with Lillard after all the Sam Bowie, Greg Oden, Brandon Roy shenanigans.
