someones seems a lil butt hurt.. regardless of being a point guard or not, you can fucking jump to intercept a ball, aint a fucking hard concept is it? get on a court and play ball before u criticize someone who does it for a living |

You didn't even watched the play, did you? He knew it's coming.... |
fuck, thanks for telling me i have low basketball IQ when you clearly have the basketball IQ equivalent to Einstein, someone seems butthurt i challenged him eh? EVEN mismatched you can still try.. the fuck u tryna say with him needing to learn how to play ball? what you tryna say that hes impersonating to be like d wade? a dunk is a dunk, im saying he did as much as he can do and hes SOL, and you went on saying he sucks, learn to ball and go on to name calling... :lol ps. you seem like u wanna be like bballguy, at least he has evidence and doesnt resort to name calling to prove a point, nice try buddy |
lol I have to agree with dlo....by the time Brandon Knight could figure out what was coming, it was too late....Ball gets tossed across the key, your first reaction should be to try to grab it... |
the rage is strong the past 2 pages embedding is fucked up.. |

Yeah he went ham today lol, I had monta ellis on my team and he's been going nuts recently, was averaging 25.2 pts, 6 assts or something last 3 days, than turnt up and went 32/9/2/2 today, seems like he's off the radar since his trade Posted via RS Mobile |
Lakers lost a heart breaker and Kobe injured Both good and bad news Mike Trudell ********@LakersReporter X-Rays on Kobe's ankle were negative, but it's a "severe sprain" & he's out "indefinitely." We'll see if Howard can step up as the #1, if not RIP Lakers season. Kobe has a high pain threshold but playing on a busted ankle is almost impossible |
ellis with another 26pt,8assits,4reb game holy shit lol roy hibbert finally with a sick game too, 27/12/4blks :D |
fuking dahntay jones, don't trust him. remember when he tripped kobe on purpose in the playoffs. or this |
Did Kobe get two shots because Jones walked into his landing? If not, would that be a missed call? Posted via RS Mobile |
^ yeah i was thinking about that too.... there is a foul call for that. |
^ last play of the game you'll never see that ever called, what jones did was completely legal but all basketball players know u don't do that lol |

http://assets.sbnation.com/assets/2316575/kobeankle.gif You be the judge. Jones did step into Kobe's landing though. But the ref was too busy looking at the ball. http://cdn2.sbnation.com/uploads/cho...ema_1050.0.jpg Pretty cool colourway for the Kobe 8 :fullofwin: |
so dahntay jones in his twitter says "tape doesn't lie, ankle was turned on the floor after the leg kick out that knocked him off balance. i would never try to hurt the man". ...what do you guys think? kobe kicked his right leg out, but his left leg landed on dahntay's foot. you can't walk underneath shooters period. bruce bowen got called out for that didn't he? |
I just heard the news. Fucking dirty play.... That was a fadeaway and he stepped in Kobe's landing. Checkout his right leg.... What a small man. Kobe out indefinitely :fuuuuu: |
anybody got the official rule number for walking into player's landings? as far as i know its just a respect and code thing where u dont do that |
i don't think there's such a rule. Well, good thing it was on Kobe, maybe he can come back soon. If it was Bynum, he would be out for a year :lawl: |
^ yea just what i was thinking... gonna be interesting seeing Nash actually run the offense pnr with Howard... jamison, meeks, clark gotta step up big time unofficial reports of torn acl for chandler... |
^no i don't think so, bynum would probably go bowling and be out for 2 years. lol jk |
There absolutely is a rule. A player who has jumped from a spot has a right to land in that same spot. If he does not jump straight up and makes contact with his opponent who has taken a legal guarding position, it is an offensive foul. Moving under a player who is in the air and causing contact is usually an unsportsmanlike foul(dangerous play), and can be a disqualifying foul. a.k.a The Bruce Bowen Rule. Quote:

When Bruce Bowen calls it a foul you know it is a foul. |
