My 1st round prediction:

west - OKC LAC SAS GSW
east - MIA NYK IND BKN

Really wants to put LAL there but who am I kidding. Maybe Manu and Tony Parker are injured for real and not a mere smoke screen by Popovich.

If d12 and gasol continue to play like they are now, they have a good shot at it vs Duncan and splitter than ibaka/Perkins IMO.

I guess bballguy was rooting for LAL vs OKC as you'll be in LA eh. Lol. I don't blame you either, I would love to see a playoff game with those 2.

For some reason, I have a feeling Milwaukee upsets the heat. And no, I'm not a hater lol. I just think the. Bucks has a good team and if they play together, they cud do it

Lol. If monta and Jennings are on fire then it wud be a series. Add in ilyasova who got his shit together. As well as reddick dunleavy sanders udoh. They are probably the few ones that's played Miami well this season lol. I could also be wrong and Miami sweeps them

We shall see. Ill be watching that series tho as it has potential.

You gotta think of match-ups....LeBron and Wade can shut Jennings and Ellis down...Throw Battier/Miller on Ilyasova...Bosh can contain Sanders....I like the Bucks, and against any other team they'd have a good shot, but not Miami...This Bucks team reminds me a lot of the Warriors team that upset the Mavs....but still, this Miami team is like something we've never seen before...

Starting a Playoff Pick 'Em pool with $10 buy-in...Can invite your friends too.
Rules/Setting below. PM me if you are interested.

NBA.com Playoff Pick 'Em Pool
Buy-in: $10......Winner takes all

Pick 1 player for each game-day. Cannot pick same player more than once for the entirety of playoffs....That means you most likely want to pick players from teams that you think are going to lose the series...For example, if I think OKC will beat the Rockets, I don't want to pick Kevin Durant in the 1st round as there is a greater field of good players to choose from in the 1st round.

Points System:
Points worth 1 point.
Rebounds worth 1 point.
Assists worth 1 point.

Payment via PayPal.

You can pick for the guaranteed games right away....So for example, for April 20th to April 29th, you can pick all your players for each day at once....after that you just need to be able to access your computer once every 2-3 days.

Honestly, fining wont' do shit...get some better refs and there won't be any flopping...You think these guys care about a little fine, over doing whatever it takes to win? No....So long as the refs are dumb enough to call it in their favour, I hope Miami flops themselves all the way to another ring, if that's what it takes.

Anyway,

West
Thunder over Rockets in 5
Lakers over Spurs in 7
Warriors over Nuggets in 6
Clippers over Grizzlies in 6

East
Heat over Bucks in 4
Knicks over Celtics in 5
Pacers over Hawks in 5
Bulls over Nets in 7

Yea fining won't do anything I'd flop in game 7 of the finals if it meant I got an extra possession, I'm just glad the NBA is recognizing the issue of players flopping. As well refs falling for it, I think this announcement is just PR talk by Stern.

Why are people picking Bulls over Nets? Noah is injured while Dwill and Lopez have been beasts after they fired avery johnson.

My prediction:
West
Thunder over Rockets in 7
Lakers over Spurs in 7
Warriors over Nuggets in 6
Clippers over Grizzlies in 6

East
Heat over Bucks in 4
Knicks over Celtics in 5
Pacers over Hawks in 6
Nets over Bulls in 6

Yeah, it's tough to judge....Especially with Noah's status up in the air...I call Bulls in 6 but that doesn't mean I don't think it could go the other way; just going with my gut feeling....same way I put Lakers over Spurs in 7, lol...

I've been to Staples a few times in the upper bowl and you can see just fine...It's far, but you can still see everything and I'm at center court...Besides, I'm going for the playoff experience...I'm not going to pay $500 to sit lower bowl, and you can't tell me you'd rather watch at home...

Think I'll be just fine bro...

and hope I didn't pay over face? Are you stupid? Let me know when you find Lakers playoff tickets at face value, and I'll buy them for you, how's that sound?

Anyway, I got the tickets for around the same price that people buy second-hand regular season games in the same section; bought them from stubhub right as the playoff schedule got released, and tickets have skyrocketed since then...
