David Kahn is not very good... Wes was good the first year but then fell oft the chart not sure why.Its a smart signing imo. Posted via RS Mobile
He's a shooter that can't make a shot....he wasn't a freshman coming out so his potential was most likely realised in college, and he doesn't do anything else great. Plus he was injured and Kahn loaded the team with swingmen and guards.
The Lakers should find a way to injure both Gasol and Nash, pay Kobe some extra under the table money and convince him they'll go get Lebron/Melo, and let Nick Young be PG so he can shoot first on all possessions. And give Sacre shitloads of minutes. They need to be in the top 5 in the coming draft. According to Chad Ford there are like 7 tier 1 guys (multi-time all stars/superstars)
Some examples:
Wiggins (obviously)
Jabari Parker
Harrison Twins
Aaron Gordon (Griffin 2.0)
Dario Saric

I'm surprised Julius Randle isn't on that list.. this guy is a BEAST! I could see him going top 3 (maybe even 2 surpassing Parker).. I also like Gordon's game.. the guy can dunk/dribble/pass.. It'd probably go Wiggins - randle - parker or smart... one thing is for sure, this draft is gonnna be a good one.. there's also that Marcus Smart kid...
The raptors should try to get both twins..lol... they can have the basketball version of the sedin twins :P
As for paying Kobe extra under the table...lol. they are already paying him 30million :P I like Nick Young but one downside for him is consistency.. if he's on, he could light it up.. if not, he shits the bed bigtime. With the young talent we both mentioned next year...I'd gladly take a tank from the lakers next season :P
Wes is good defensively. Used to bother Kobe quite a bit. Or am I mixing him up with somebody else lol. You are right he cant make shot but at vet minimum you can get a lot of garbage.... Posted via RS Mobile
League owned Hornets so they could do whatever the fuck they want.... Lakers would have got the best player, saved 10s of millions of dollars without having to give up a draft pick.
And then they could have traded for Howard still....frustrating from a Lakers fan perspective but yeah you can see why they veto'd it....

League owned Hornets means that all the other owners of every other team were all part owners of the Hornets. The trade put the Hornets well over the cap, meaning all these people who don't give a flying fuck about the Hornets would have to pay a tax, while watching the Lakers get better??...Yeah...not happening...
Scola to the pacers.. GREAT move by the pacers to finally add a legit backup to Hibbert/West. He's capable of easily contributing double double numbers
I'd rather have Psycho-T off the bench than Scola to be quite honest...He's got some decent scoring ability, but he's aging, and already can't play D....Given minutes, Hansbrough would be a double-double machine.
