Jrue Holiday
Paul George
OJ Mayo
Andre Iguodala
Al Horford
Andre Drummond
Brook Lopez
Nene Hilario
DeAndre Jordan
Mario Chalmers
Nate Robinson
Mo Williams
Iman Shumpert

yes I have no intention of winning FT% but I am very happy with my team

I think quite a few people missed the draft, most notably "Van City's Team" with both Kobe and Westbrook who, even injured, are still the best picks on the team ... BUT if it wasn't auto and you actually drafted them HEY it could work, props to you for taking the gamble

well yea...thats the rewards of beating the #1 seed
#1/#8 bracket are matched up with #4/#5 because of the assumption that #1 seed will win and will always match up with a lower seed throughout the playoffs
it would be retarded if they rearranged the brackets after the 1st round just cause of an upset

but yea going back to 2-2-1-1-1 for finals is great...imo previous format put too much pressure for #1 overall seed when they lose a home game in the first 2 games...a much higher chance of not playing on home court again haha

Why would they always assume that #1 always beat #8...sure it's rare to see an upset in nba..but i think it's dumb personally.. if you come in 8th, you should have the hardest path to the finals.. thus having you face #2 or whoever is the highest seed after. but that's just my opinion

Also.. I'm glad that the nba finals format is now 2-2-1-1-1 rather than 2-3-2. This should make things better.

Now, I hope they have changed the seedings format as well. Last time an 8th seed beat the 1st seed, they went on to play the 4th seed in 2nd round while the 2nd seed had to play the 3rd.. that's just stupid! it's rare but it could happen :P

Yeah, I disagree...What about the 2nd seeded team? If I was the second seeded team, would I want to play the team that just knocked off the 1st seeded team? Hell no....Sounds to me like that's creating a harder path for the second seed....

Playoffs are all about who is hot at the end of the year. If the 8th seed knocks off the 1st seed, chances are that they peaked at the right time and second seed probably does not want to face them...

411ken 10-26-2013 07:35 AM

I guess my mindset is different lol

If say last yrs playoffs. The bucks upset the heat. Knicks get by the 7th seed. If I were the Knicks, I'd rather face the bucks than the pacers who sits 3rd

But that's just my opinion.

Lol, trust me...if the bucks upset the Heat, nobody would want to face them....It's easy to say now, but honestly think about how hot the Bucks would be if they upset the Heat....

The battle of LA was fun to watch, Lakers played a team game and Clippers looked lost. But DJ looked really good for the Clippers

Farmar/Meeks picked the d-apart and Henry was a surprise.

even if they didnt trade harden last season westbrooks injury wouldnt have gotten them far.

If that was the line up for this year. I can see them meeting the Heat in finals again. This time is more personal with KD & wade and Harden vs Wade
