Wow, what a game between the Suns and Clippers!

Big game from Kwahi.

Booker played well. Although Westbrook was shooting bricks all night, he played really well defensively. Clutch rebounds from Westbrook.

Phoenix’s weakness in rebounding is hurting this team.

KD played pretty passive in game 1. It took him 10 minutes of playing time to score a basket. -did not shoot the ball in the last five minutes of the game. Durant is the ultimate passive, softie. Cupcake!

Brooks poked LeBron with his comments about the old LBJ.

What if DB makes LeBron so angry that he erupts for 40+ points in the next game?

I think that it’s a bad idea to get one of the GOATs angry.

Devin Brooks is an idiot. I love players like him because they take guys out of their focus, but this is Lebron here.

The man has accomplished everything conceivably possible as a player in the NBA, he doesn't need to prove shit

Raptors fire Nurse. Not a huge surprise ...how do you lose a game leading by 19 pts but all good coaches, no matter who ...eventually reach their expiry date.

Gonna be happy to see Lakers get rid of the Grizzilies out the first round. Grizzlies been nothing of trash talkers that think they are the "shit" when they have accomplished nothing.

The Official NBA thread

Dillon Brooks is a thug who does not have the level of basketball skill to back up his trolling of LeBron.

Hitting LBJ in the nuts is the only way that he can hurt LeBron because his basketball game cannot do shit for the Grizzlies.

I am glad that the refs ejected this piece
Of shit out of the game. The league needs to come down hard on Brooks with a suspension.

Take this trash out of the NBA playoffs. Brooks leads the league with 18 technical fouls.

This flagrant 2 on Brooks was well deserved. Give him a long suspension.

Heat win game 4! Jimmy Butler scorches the Bucks with 56 points.

Jimmy is clutch when it comes to the playoffs. Respect.

Can the Heat eliminate the Bucks in game 5?

Heat upset the Bucks!

Jimmy Butler with another big game. 42 points for Jimmy Buckets in game 5. What an overtime win!

Jimmy can ball that’s for sure. 56 pts for him in game 4. 42 pts in the close out game.

98 points in two games hahahah.

I gotta say though that Giannis’ free throw woes really hurt the Bucks in game 5.

10 for 22 at the free throw line. Giannis was so scared to get fouled near the end of the fourth quarter that he threw a quick pass to Khris Middleton. Fortunately, Middleton was able to save the ball from going out of bounds on that play.

Glad Lakers sent the Grizzlies back to hibernation. Grizzlies are pathetic with their trash talking. Don't trash talk and can't back it up.

Strange how in NBA 2nd round starts while some 1st round series aren't even finished. I see some game 1's of round 2 while the Warriors and Kings still have to play game 7.

This is a good article about the marquee matchup in the second round.

https://www.sportsnet.ca/nba/article...re-attraction/

Steph and his Warriors' teammates vs. LeBron and A.D.'s Lakers.

The fifth head to head meeting between LeBron and Golden State in the playoffs.

-looking forward to this series. If A.D. can stay healthy, and Draymond can control his temper enough without stomping on a player or punching anyone in the groin, this series could go the distance.

-will be interesting to see if Klay Thompson can play better and shoot better in order to help his Splash Brother Steph out on offence.

The bench players on each team will play an important role in scoring, defence, and rebounding.

Kevon Looney, Jordan Poole, need to play well. The supporting players of Wiggins and Draymond need to contribute to offence, and play lockdown defence on A.D.

If Austin Reaves, Hachimura, and D'Angelo Russell can contribute offensively, this series will be close.

I pick the defending champs to win in 7 games. Go Golden State.

-also a shout out to James Harden. Props to the Beard for scoring a playoff career high of 45 points against the Celtics. Boston was asleep at the wheel.

No Embiid. No problem for Philly.

you got your 5 seconds of fame ... bye. This is what happens when you disrespect the game. Let's see if any team will pick your ass up. You just made your agent's job 100x harder.

Warriors gave up leads too much in this game with really bad turnovers from Draymond. Poor
Shooting from Klay.

Lonnie Walker’s 15 points off the bench helped
The Lakers win game 4. What a game from Lonnie.

C‘’mon Warriors. Push the series to a game 6!

The Official NBA thread

Klay played like shit with no game 6 heroics.

Shooting bricks.

Wiggins played with a rib injury.

Draymond got injured with a strained calf muscle.

No excuses of injury for the Warriors though.

Jordan Poole missed many open shots.

Their 3 point shooting was horrible this series.

Their bench sucked.

Lakers players like Reaves and Lonnie Walker stepped up their game to help LeBron and AD.

Coach Kerr was stubborn with his game plan. He had too much faith with game 6 Klay.

Why did he not put Kuminga in game 6?

No adjustments on offence from Kerr at all in an elimination game.

Wow to the Game 7 between 76'ers and Celtics. Tatum went off and put up 51 pts to carry them to the Conference Finals with the Heat.

Good game win 1 for the Nuggets. Although Jokic and Murray played quite well, their bench needs more scoring.

Their defence needs to adjust to defend against Austin Reaves and Hachimura. Denver needs better defence against those two Lakers players.

Perhaps Denver’s coach plays Aaron Gordon more on screens. Put Michael Porter Jr. To guard against Reaves?

Lakers Hachimura defended well against Joker in the second half of the game. The Denver coach needs to make the adjustment against the Lakers half court defence.

AD played just as well as Jokic. I am cheering for Denver but this series will be quite close.
