“If that was me throwing the elbow at Kobe, first of all, I would’ve hurt Kobe way more than he hurt me,” said Artest, who scored 25 points in Game 2. “I probably would’ve knocked him out with the same force he used against me. That’s why I’m not going to throw an elbow at somebody’s head. It’s dangerous. That goes to show me, that if Kobe hits me with an elbow, I can just get hit.”
wtf....yeah we know you're a thug artest but for once in your life, talk with some sense. once when i was playing bball in my neighborhood...blahblahblahblahblahblah.....

RIP Chuck Daly
Its unfortunate that yao will b out for the rest of the playoffs, announced today due to a fracture on his left foot. Lake show gotta stay sharp nonetheless and take a stranglehold on this series tomorrow to take a 3-1 lead back to LA for a closeout game.
Melo hit a big shot after the bump by wright. Lesson to learn: never stop playin until u hear a whistle
LBJ is a monster. looks like it's gonna be yet another sweep for the cavs up 3-0 now

damn lakers got killed yesterday, who woulda guessed that not having tmac, yao and artest having a shitty game would produce such killer #'s. Big baby was clutch in that boston/orlando game. Atleast someone other then pierce or allen won it for them. I want boston out but props to big baby for those 2 big buckets.

LeBron MVP James sweeps another team. Theres no team in the entire nba that could possibly stop that force. The cavs before were a team that with lebron on the bench werent a very good team but this year they picked up some key parts to make a good team around him. CAVS 09 CHAMPS

lakers are never going to win the title playing this way *sigh*
I'm unimpressed with the referees and the way they've been officiating the games in the playoffs.

i blame pau gasol for the lakers game 6 loss. he's soft as a marshmallow. bynum, who's mainly for rebounding and blocking shots, can't even either of them competently. they could learn a thing or two from tim duncan and david robinson.

wow what a shot by Lebron. clutch! that was the difference right there the ability to get him the ball out of an inbound play. unlike the lakers inability to get the ball into kobe's hands at the end of the game last night.
wow and wow is all i can say about the conference finals so far. great first 4 games and looking forward to more.

Many people fail to see the poor officiating in this game. Marcin Gortat was called for a block when he was blatantly outside the restricted zone, and was standing straight up waiting for the offensive player, and also the play where Ben Wallace drew a "charge" by undercutting. (not allowing space for Courtney Lee to land). NBA rules states that a defensive player has to allow an offensive player to land if he is not in position to draw a charge, and Ben got into position when Lee was already in the air.
And Mo Williams freakin' tossed the ball at D12 during a dead ball.
Fuckin' sick shot by Lebron though.

that is why you put the ball in the best players hands at the end of a game. Kobe is amazing! He looked VERY exhausted after the game.
post-game comment by Kobe on hitting the big 3 to silence the crowd: "It's a great feeling. It's a much better feeling actually than being at home and hearing the roar of the crowd. You enjoy it a lot more because everyone is against you, everyone is wanting you to lose, wanting you to fail. When you hit a shot like that and everybody goes quiet it feels good, it feels real good."
i love the way he said it
Pau did his job in the post in the 4th before Kobe took over. Ariza's steal was big and not to mention the numerous 3s he hit. That steal was reminiscent of the game 1 steal he made, deja vu.

deja vu fucking indeed
i was motherfucking furious yesterday watching the homo game. game one i was pissed, yesterday? that was fucking unacceptable. George fucking karl should be fired?
how hard is it to imbound a play? pretty fucking easy i tell you. They used one time out and couldnt inbound the ball. OK another time out, still had difficulties and than threw a horrible one to melo. fuck that shit
denver should have won that one, they play better than lakers thruout 1-3rd quarter

GO LAKERS GO! but to be fair, I don't think George Karl should be fired because of this lol.. they are in the west finals man...IMO, it's the inbounder's fault... if karl told him to lob the inbound then it's just plain idiocy
throwing the ball out can be tough especially if the pressure is good and of course, there's the pressure of getting it inbound before you get the violation.
Overall, I was happy about the game yesterday. =)
