Is it illegal to ride a skateboard pissed drunk?

This is a question that i was wondering, cause i got to thinking after seeing the bicylce thread.

Give the guy a break. If anybody ever does a "search" (which he'll probably get a few posts for) they won't find the bicycle thread but they will find 3 completely useless posts referring them to some bicycle thread ^ It would have taken you less time almost to answer than to complain on a UNIQUE post unless I overlooked the mass amount of drunk skateboarding law threads somewhere.

In general, yes, it is illegal. It sounds stupid but being on a skateboard pissed drunk still puts others in danger. (Likely scenario: you go on the street and you fall off or swerve into a car)

And instead of continuing to add MORE useless posts to this thread... why hasn't someone just quoted the pertinent info from the bicycle thread?
