Blackberry Bold/HTC Diamond - Opinions?

I'm just a casual user looking for a new phone. Would one of their suit me better than the other? Right now I'm leaning towards the HTC since size is quite important, but I've read that the OS a little sluggish and that Windows Mobile is a turn-off for most potential buyers? I've seen the BBB first hand before, and it's definitely a nice smartphone, but like I've said, size is quite important. It's smooth and I love the full QWERTY keypad. The HTC's on-screen browsing seems a little more tedious, so I guess that's the real bummer.

Thanks

^ yea if you're not leaning towards 3G then the BB8900 is an excellent replacement imo.

you can head up to xda-developer forum and find a much better Win Mo cooked rom, which imo performs way faster than the stock rom.
so
Diamond + stock rom = sluggish
Diamond + cooked rom = fast
