Getting a Gov Grant or Bank loan?
Hey guys,


Im just starting with my own business ive been building it for the passed 2 years and its now at a point where i need additional money to help support and grow what ive built. I do have a professional business plan and marketing strategy.

Just wondering if any of you could offer some advice in getting a Grant or a loan. Ive heard that getting a loan for a new business is harder these days due to the recession and that i should go to the Gov to get a grant or a possible loan from them. Any idea's?

Grant is free no? =)

Try with that, but if you have a professional business plan and marketing strategy, I would also recommend at least discussion with your bank.

Even if you get everything approved with the bank, you don't necessarily have to get the loan.

So might as well go look for the amount you can get.

has anyone got a grant from the Gov before? How long does it take to receive?
