Motorola Phone Tools alternatives?
 

I just installed my Motorola Phone Tools and I've been having a nightmare with it. It reminds me of iTunes which is a total bitch to use.
And I'm actually quite disappointed that I can't simply "drag and drop" to transfer something as simple as pictures.
The Phone Tool software I just way to slow to load up, and I have a fairly fast computer.

And I'm hoping there is some sort of alternative software out there that will make my life easier. Anyone care to share?

I'm using the KRZR K1m btw.

All I really need is a method to transfer pictures and videos. Don't need any other junk like software editing, video editing, or whatever.
