Saw it too on the #2 Road bridge. Thought it was the batmobile at first. Didn't realize the latest fad was wrapping your car in vinyl.

There are a lot of different colors of wrapping vinyls. A lot of colors do come in a glossy finish, and depending what kind of laminate shops that can add to the glossy finish.
