And according to some USA based sites that are similar to RFD, the phone number listed is from an a anonymous free number service. The recently registered domain has the owner's identity hidden.
It's about 99% that this is a phishing scam.

Whenever you get to a website that asks for your personal info - ESPECIALLY your credit card or bank info - check to make sure it's a secure website (https:// at the top). If it isn't secure, I wouldn't proceed any further.
