For the free birthday drink, they notify you by email when you can redeem the free drink or you can check online when it's getting close to the date you put in as your birthday. Also, remember to use the card at least once to get the free birthday drink.

When I went to a Krispy Kreme in the US, they had a buy one dozen get one dozen free but only after 9 pm. I wAnder if they do that at the Delta location.

Tried this coupon at 2 location of Starbucks.
First location , the cashier just rang up the free drink for me without any problem. (btw I have never been purchased in this location)
Second location, the cashier said that it's not the original coupon, they won't take it, and showed me the original coupon, but he ended up giving me the free drink. lol (I'm a regular customer in this location)
So I guess in general, you are not supposed to print them out to redeem it, but you can give it a try and see if the cashier let you go and give u a free drink. Quote:

also got passes for "THE INCREDIBLE BURT WONDERSTONE" at scotiabank theater 7pm (March 13)
