Firstly, ENZO FERRARI is an old car now. It's 6 years old.

Second, its an issue of status. Which car is more suitable for a millionaire? a Nissan GTR or a Ferrari Enzo?

Stupid fucking idiots, why compare to a 6 year old car?

But anyways, ooooo woopy it might beat the enzo by a few seconds but what's the big deal, the GTR is fucking ugly and the enzo is one of the nicest automobiles ever built.

yeah but the point is, exotic cars aren't about speed anymore...speed was at least 1 factor before, but not anymore. Since some modern non-exotic cars can beat exotic cars.

back in the day, Lamborghini or Ferrari were supercars...there was no way Skyline or Corvette could keep up.

for example back in early 1990s...

Corvette and Skyline GT-R

Ferrari and Lambo

those cars had distinctive difference in territory interms of performance.
for few times of the cost, they better be.

but now, the ZR-1 or GT-R spec-V can go as fast as Ferrari and Lambo. Making Italian exotics less attractive.
Just like how BMW and Mercedes were way more prestigius(spell?) than Lexus, but not anymore.

ok I found that white people like Lexus more than Asian people.

I have a feeling Chinese people are helping the sales of BMW and Mercedes. Same as in Japan...people think European cars are better because of it's brand name.

After the 3rd time launch control is activted for the GTR I bet his tranny will need to be replace. I'll be doing laps around his car laughing all day lol until my engine craps out...u get my point though.

It is on the 11th launch that it breaks. My classmate works at Yonker nissan. He was working on the GTR with the GTR tech. Tech told him that after the 10th launch, the transmission will be gone if they use it the 11th time.

A factory car vs factory car...that's apples to me. This isn't a riced out civic showing off it's quarter mile time...it's the NURBURGRING...so YES..Nissan can compare themselves to Ferrari.

What does status have to do with GTR using Enzo laptime as a benchmark? Dont get your little willy twisted and defend a car you cant afford.

^ Agreed.

This is a performance comparison. Determining which car is more desirable is irrelevant.

What tuning did the GT-R need to run 7:29? Slicks? way more horsepower? Bottomline is, it's not stock. They should start testing cars that freshly rolled out of the dealership's floor.

Enzo's time around the track is 7:25, stock.

Ezekiel 25:17. The path of the righteous man is beset on all sides by the inequities of the selfish and the tyranny of evil men. Blessed is he who, in the name of charity and good will, shepherds the weak through the valley of the darkness. For he is truly his brother's keeper and the finder of lost children. And I will strike down upon thee with great vengeance and furious anger those who attempt to poison and destroy my brothers. And you will know I am the Lord when I lay my vengeance upon you.

Dude, what have you been smoking? Lexus had a competitive advantage to BMW/MB in 1990-1995, but after that BMW, MB and Audi have surged far ahead in terms of building superior vehicles. Lexus makes a reliable car, but other than the LS, the rest of the lineup is pathetic. And the LS is nothing compared to an S-class or 7 Series.

Everyone knows Nissan cheated. The evidence is plain as can be to anyone who watches the videos.

Even when cheating, the GTR still can't beat the bone-stock ZR1.

its the reverse. asians like bmw/mercedes more. white peeps like the lexus more. asian's all about the status (not necesarily a good thing) if they have money, they'd take german over japanese any day. They'd take a porsche boxter over a NSX anyday, we wouldnt.

Nissan came up with the tires they used on Nurburgring.
Any evidence it was running on slicks?

Who cares about slicks or not.

It's 100% obvious NIssan greatly increased the HP and/or shaved weight off the GTR they used.

Nissan are a bunch of fucking cheaters and liars, and anyone who can't see that after watching the videos is a fucking idiot. Oh, and a blind fanboy too.

Except the GTR won't need to use launch control to beat your 89 Camry

Especially Nissan fanboys who can't come up with any proof to counter the fact Nissan cheated. If they had something to say, they'd be all over my post. Their silence speaks volumes.
