Fido Customer Service
So let me lay down the story first.
Friend bought the iphone from fido. since day one it would hang, black screen. she finally called in fido about a month ago for customer service, they got her to go thru the whole routine. make sure its cable connected to the computer, make sure there is net. check check check. they end up sending her a replacement iphone, said it would take about 4 weeks to get.
so update to now, she finally got the iphone. came in a different box (i assume its a refurbished one) but now she cant get wifi at all. she spent an hour on the phone with customer service, wasnt happy with the cs rep and asked to speak to her manager. The customer service rep then replied, "we dont have managers." And to add, the cs rep refused to give her cs rep number.
So a couple of questions, is it true that the customer rep don't have managers or supervisors? and whats the next step? The old one hangs, and her new one cant get wifi.
I told her to write an email to fido feedback, they may have recorded her conversation. This should escalate the situation to someone that would hear.
If you know of any numbers directly to call, that would be cool too.
