Don't know if you guys noticed, but it was MonkeyBiz that was being cocky in the first place.

- Giving someone shit because they drive an "inferior" car?
- Threatening sponsorship when SR doesn't even sponsor RS?
- Started the bullshit because someone poked fun at SR Auto's work?

Sorry, but putting rims/tires on a car and getting Bismark next door to do all the body work doesn't count as "art" or "tuning" Get the stock wheel/tire specs, grab a ruler, go outside, and do some math. Walk 3 feet and get Mr Siu to do some body work. Yeah, real artistic there guys.

Hell, wheel fitment specs could probably be found on 6speedonline. I'm not hating on SR, but other than a bunch of expensive wheels, a desk, and a computer.. they don't look like they do anything else. But good on them for having a successful business that caters to people with money. I just don't see how people think that your shop is the best tuning shop in the Lower Mainland just because you guys put wheels on exotics.

RS has a bunch of pussies and haters...

you put on a wing, you are automatically a ricer
you put mods to track your car, you are an even MORE ricer
your car has a factory, stock wing and you are a ricer
you put on dubs on a car, they call you a poser or make fun of you for slowing your car down
you wear flashly clothes, they call you a gangster
you put HID's and you are a ricer

no point arguing with a bunch of idiots

If any of the people (including myself) owned a bawlin' car, chances are 1) you wouldn't even waste your time here 2) mod your car at a shop like SR for example. Are you going to go all the way to the AC Schintzer/Hamann/HRE/Rays factory and order you own rims. Bullshit you'd go to a local tuner shop and get it done. BUNCH OF HYPOCRITS.

PS. why the fuck would these guys want to mod their engine. I'm sure they have, but realistically if their car does 0-60 in like 3.x seconds, how much faster do you want to go on the streets before killing someone. Most I'd do is an exhaust, then go aesthetics.

Anyway, I can't wait to go to the car show...cars look good.

I take my hat off to MonkeyBiz, this ones for you

+1.

Typical hater reply when they're called out is: "buddy I own 3 homes, got major cash in the bank, have like 3 new cars" and usually ends with "I could buy an exotic tomorrow in cash BUT blah blah blah".

bismark gets contracted cars from dealerships all around town, so they dont always have the time to work on a project car, even if its for its closest neighbor. and working at a car shop, the final 2 weeks is madness. getting a car ready for the car show, working on multiple cars, your own show cars, your regular customer cars.

ever try to get ur car in for some work in the 2 weeks up to a car show? yeah, not happening.

you ever noticed how full and busy the parking lot is at bismark? its busy for a reason, because they may actually be working on cars inside. =)

Um. Anyways. Auto Show--not worth paying $10-15 for. If you get in cheaper or for free, sure.

Forget this whole SR thing.
Tuner shop or not... its a business, a service. Customer pays and get what they want.

Stop being all childish and get back on topic.

Anyways,

I actaully quite enjoyed the autoshow this year. Maybe because I chose to go on Wednesday afternoon where it was not too busy. Really got the time to check out the cars and products. Most companies did bring a good line up of cars there and I'm surprised there weren't any concept vehicles.

For $10, I think its worth going to.
