Hockey Mouth Guard for Braces I recently got braces and my old mouth guard wont fit anymore, any suggestions on which mouth guard I should buy for comfort? I read some reviews on Shock Doctor's and what I found were people either rate it 1/5 or 5/5 there's not happy medium. Does anybody here have, or know of anybody who, had good experience with a mouth guard for somebody who has braces? Cheers |
Hmmm.....last time i remember a friend that had braces and needed a mouthguard, his dentist molded it for him. |
dang my dentist doesn't do that... |
the shock doctor one wouldnt fit my mouth at all and the one my orthodontist molded for me stopped fitting after a while because my teeth had shifted too much at that point. just some things to consider before you decide to go with either. i ended up not wearing anything. |
