Got a new sidekick, need to unlock it. Help?

richmond has a couple of places you can unlock it. i took mine to a plaza on the corner garden city and cambie. can't remember what it's called, sorry!

i think bill guy on the 2nd floor.. it's an older man and lady.. i think her name is lucy.. it's on the 2nd floor you can see the shop when you walk into the building from the parking lot. it's the 2nd or 3rd shop on the right.
