the nicest i've seen in person would have to be the Yellow Edo Competition Enzo , Green Twin-Turbo gallardo, and the white MC-12 when they were at their meet in Vancouver!

locally, I have seen almost all the available exotics such as CGT, Ford GT, F430, Murcielago, Gallardo, Diablo, Testarossa, DB-9, AM v8 Vantage, Maserati Gran Turismo. these are just from driving on the street or watching such lovely cars drive by in traffic. I would love to see the Reventon that is in Vancouver.
when I was in HK, I saw a Porsche 959 and to me that was one of the nicest cars I've ever seen due to its rarity and how I adored that car when I first heard of it (from my father) when I was 9 years old.

Do cars in museums count?
Mazda 787B and Mazda Cosmo 110S at the museum an Le Mans in France, and the Renault Espace F1 (Basically an F1 car and a minivan combined) in a different museum in France :P
