i recently got blamed for being in a hit and run because i pulled off to the side street instead of stoping int he middle of the busy road and the other person took off.. there was barely any damage either way.. and nothing resulted from icbc .. the only problem is i got a ticket for hit and run i am disputing it.. but im just curious are there points that follow with this ticket?

sounds like you shoul have told ICBC he ran on you. stead of the other guy telling them you ran. too late now. in
the guy who you hit will have to show up at the court room, maybe you can talk to the cop before hand, and get him to lay charges against the other guy too.
