you have to go to the villages. so beautiful. and the people are soooo much nicer. saigon is just like vancouver. kinda boring, IMO. nha trang is nice, but A LOT of scammers. if you're not travelling with someone local who you know well, you will get jipped left and right. there's a beach called phan thit. it's way nicer than nga trang and so much less populated. dai lat is a really cool city. being that it's higher up, the climate is a lot cooler than other areas. don't take the big tourist buses. hop on one of those little taxi buses that the locals use. just give the kids candy. the begging is actually so much less than it was years ago. i think they made it illegal.

I go there every 2-3 years but relatives go there twice a year during new year and summer. Street people there thought I was handicap when they saw me standing at 6'2 lol. meh I bet those mosquitoes are waiting for my import bloods!
