| Teen Girl Uploads Her Nude Photo in Myspace for her BoyFriend. Gets Caught.
A TEEN girl is set to attend court over child pornography charges after posting indecent images of HERSELF on MySpace.
And if she is convicted the 14-year-old from New Jersey, will be forced to register as a SEX OFFENDER under American law.
The unnamed girl told cops she had put more than 30 nude images of herself on the social networking site for her boyfriend's pleasure.
The pictures could be viewed by anyone who registered as the girls friend on the popular website.
American cops swooped after a tip off from the National Centre for Missing and Exploited Children.
They spent a month investigating the case before charging the teenager with two counts of possessing and distributing child pornography.
She posted her photos "because she wanted her boyfriend to see them", a police spokesman said.
If she is convicted, she will have to register as a sex offender under Megan's Law, which gives parents the right to know the identity of sex offenders in their area.
She also could face up to 17 years in jail, though such a stiff sentence seems unlikely.
The case comes as prosecutors across America pursue child pornography cases resulting from schoolchildren sending lewd photos to one another over mobile phones and email.
Legal experts, though, could not recall another case of a child porn charge resulting from a teen posting to a social networking site.

Man, I ever have a daughter.... no digitcal cameras, no webcams and since by that time it will be impossible to buy a phone that does not have a camera, duct tape over the lens of said camera phone............ little ho's are out of control these days. Production and distribution, regardless of who does it is a crime.
...at least in the US. If she had done that in Canada and done it privately for her boyfriend (assuming he was no older than 16), she'd've been fine.
