All the entry-level V8 Ferrari's after the F355 sucked, imo. :(

And the GTR is the ZR1's lunch, dinner, snack, whatever the fuck it wants since it completely and totally dominates and owns the GTR in every possible performance category there is.

thats alright, people only buy for the badge, for all ferrari designers could care, they relabel a fwd fiat with ferrari and charge 10x the price and idiots will still buy them.

death_blossom 03-31-2009 04:46 PM

not a bad looking replacement. but the lines on the F430 looks more "muscular" to me, and moreso on the Scuderia. now let's see some performance numbers!

This is like a F430 and Enzo joined together, I hope this ferrari is made with a V12.

heleu 03-31-2009 07:29 PM

The rims look R8ish.

Actually, the whole care looks like it was influenced by the R8. Or maybe it's just because its another mid engined exotic.

Anyone think Ferarri will make a car cheaper than the F430?

BMW and Mercedez..have 1 series and A-class
Porshe has a sedan / SUV
Ferarri....?

While it may water down the exclusivity of owning a Ferrari, that idea might not be entirely out in left field. Car companies like the ones listed above have been trying to tap into branches of the car market that they previously had no representation. Ultimately, they do it to make money. Such initiatives are driven by the desire to make the company grow and make their stock price increase. Ferrari is still a privately owned company, so I don't think they'll have pressure from the stock market to make lots of money year after year. Although, they still might want to make a more "affordable" car in the future to try and generate more income for the company as a whole. Who knows what they'll do next.

Sorry, I meant design-wise, all the entry-level Ferrari's didn't look as exotic/stunning as the F355 did back in the day (compared to other cars on the road during the same period).

q0192837465 04-01-2009 08:03 AM

F430 looks better

It's just too bland

kc1337 04-01-2009 11:10 AM

Ferrari is owned by Fiat
