^ I know that protein won't get me big...just as weight lifting won't get me big

I'm simply telling the OP what my goals are...and why I'm primarily looking for a low in fat, good tasting protein powder...for my skim and oatmeal breakfast

What about 2? Does it have to be 3?

That was meant rather to suggest a study done, not at the numbers compared to. Their are what about 150 brands of protien out their? So what would make yours stand apart. They all have claims and are all similiar in ingredients, but what I want to see is statistical data backing up its claims to be better than the others.

never heard of those side effects BUT do note...one time during the middle of my creatine cycle 5 or 6 months back (this was the maintaining phase not the loading phase), i took a regular scoop with water. about 20 minutes later, i got severe leg cramping in my right leg for the entire day and the pain was unbearable. my friends brother also had the same side effects during 1 of his cycles except he basically couldn't get out of bed. despite this, i still will continue using creatine as it does work but just a bit of warning  this has only happen once so i hope it doesn't happen again.
