I signed up for WWE network using a fake US address and my normal Paypal and it worked!
Unfortunately none of the videos play. I don't know if that is a network wide issue, or due to not being in the US despite them allowing you to sign up and log in
Update: Works great with adfreetime! $2 a month, and direct connection, so better than a VPN
