perception, looks like you need to improve your actual perception for your second question as the hatasir does state that the lights are brand new

anyways..

I may be interested, let me check if my car is compatible when I get off school

see if the bulbs match up for dome light

if yes, just pop off that cover, pull old one out, put new ones in, same as replacing a lightbulb basically.
