Importing a Canadian car into the US

I've imported US cars into Canada but may have to do the reverse case soon. Anyone with info or experience with this? Thanks in advance.

certain makes and models are a bitch, such as honda/acure!

if your car does not have DOT or EPA logos on any stickers in the door jam/under the hood, it will require a com pliancy letter from the manufacture stating that the car meets US DOT and EPA regulations.

Unless the car is 21 years old the letter is not needed as well. Best bet is talk to customs before you try anything! bring the vehicle with you.
