Place to tune-up my car?

Hello,

I am looking to tune-up my car, its been over 2 years since its last tune-up (aside from oil changes). I have never got my car tuned-up before (new to this) and would like to know of a good place to go?

I live in new west, local or near by is preferred but something that is not Canadian Tire (don't even know if they do tune-ups?) because of the reputation.

How much should a tune-up cost?

My car is a Ford Explorer Sport Trac '03.

Thanks for your help in this.
