| Samsung S8300 - New phone, suggestions?
Does anyone have it or know someone that has it? (or have the m8800 pixon, since they have a similar UI)
What do you think about the phone? I'm looking to get a new phone, and this one seems pretty interesting + price is not bad ($540 @mobile6o4)
Just looking for some opinions cuz the phone seems kinda flimsy, and I'm not really sure about the UI.. or maybe it's cuz I still don't really trust Samsungs lol
Do you guys have other suggestions on other phones?
Looking to spend below $600

i have the pixon, imo the phone looks really awesome
comes with 3 face plates (red blue black)
UI is typical samsung, nice and flashy, but no themes to dl
8mp, 3.2" touchscreen, imo its the best bang for buck
pixon vs s8300, i would choose pixon, since i've used a few samsung sliders before, and they tend to be wobbly after a few months
the pixon has been nice and solid for me, and what matters most is that unlike my e71, dust doesn't acumulate under the screen at all

yeah.. they're always wobbly.. = =
but I want a keyboard.. that's why I'm more on the s8300 side..
if I were to get a pixon I'd rather get a renoir since it's pretty similar but with wifi..
I don't know though.. the phones that are out right now are all.. ehh..
and the one's coming out are all $600+

the on screen keyboard is perfectly fine, it has vibration feedback as well, so i got used to it over time...
as for renoir, my frd has one, and we both agree the pixon looks better
even tho the renoir has wifi, i still don't trust LG just yet, they break down too often
