The SR20 motor is chain driven so no need to change timing belts. Plugs, cap and rotor is very simple to change.
Oil changes are a breeze. The hardest part would be doing your own clutch changes which is pretty easy with 2 jack stands and 2 hydraulic floor jacks and a buddy.

Right now my list stands at; 1) starter motor 2) new radiator 3) clutch 4) replace blown KYB AGX's (not sure with what yet) on my ground control suspension setup. I'm not sure if I can tackle that all myself, I've recently done the water pump but it took me all day.

Radiator, very easy. Just follow the steps found online to properly bleed the air out of it.
Clutch isn't too bad. I did 2 clutch jobs by myself, but never again. Definately get a friend to help out.
Replacing the KYB shocks shouldn't be too hard. Not sure how easy the CG collar comes off. I had taiwanese knock offs on my car and there is no way to get the collars off as I had to slide the collars onto some rubber spacers.

Change the starter when you do the clutch. Had a friend that parked his car at the top of the hill or a bit of an incline as his battery no longer held charge. For about a year he would bump start his car.
