Toyota one price policy?

Just wondering if anybody knows they still have their "one price policy" even in this economy?

While overall sales of automobiles might be down, their percentage may have gone up with all of the negativity regarding the US auto makers... so I don't see why they would need to give any additional incentive to buyers...

There is no negotiating. That is the whole point of toyota's access pricing. Google it up and you'll know more.

You can still get things like floor mats, levy and stuff for free but the actual price of the cars should not change. Or at least that was the whole point of toyota's access pricing.

they have not had access toyota pricing for two years or so. they will negotiate on pricing on all cars. Toyota is just counting on people assuming that they can not haggle on the price of their models.

I've found out the Access Pricing program was cancelled few years ago.

I find news articles from like 2004 saying they cancelled it, but I'm pretty sure when I was researching it in late 2005 when I bought my Yaris that it was still in effect...
