I remember hearing a LOT of people complain about QC issues | I leased out my car from AW, haven't been in for servicing but with my previous car I did have issues with them when they were at the automall. I would take my car in for warrenty work and nothing would be fixed or it would be fixed but it would break a few days later. The best service dept. was the BMW store. I use to deal with an older german guy who was very helpful.
